- My experience in Journalism and writing style has developed over my career, moving from a contributing writer to a weekly columnist. This progression was something I was thrilled to see happening to myself, letting me put my knowledge of video games and technology out there for readers to learn from, as well as offer commentary and reviews on anything that might affect my readers.
From an early age I have always loved video games. Although slow to start with a Commodore 64 I grabbed as a hand-me-down from my cousin that I continued to use until my parents saw fit to grace me with a Sega Genesis. Following that, I moved on to a Nintendo 64 which really kick-started my gaming addiction, growing into a Playstation, then a Gamecube and X-Box and now sit on all three of the current consoles.
Having compelted my college career on May 10, my time as a writer for The Traveler drew to a close and now I look to continue and advance my career in Journalism and would love to kick-start it in the relatively new field of Game Journalism, something I'm already passionate about and love, because loving a job is the key to doing it well.
